Dominic Mondragon, President & CEO of Dominixon Inc.

Dominic is presently a senior at Texas A&M University and will continue in the music business after he graduates this May. Along with managing several bands over the past five years, he has experimented in many other aspects of the music industry. Interning with several California based marketing companies, Dominic has had the chance to gain useful skills that he has put into practice in South and Central Texas. He has worked with such record companies as Absrakt reality records, Tommy Boy Records, Astrealworks, and Capitol Records. He has helped market and promote such bands as 311, Beta Band, Weezer, Radiohead, Everlast, G Love and Special Sauce, Self, and Texas based bands such as Freestate and Pimpadelic. One of his favorite perks is getting to meet the people he works for, and going back stage. He has also worked behind the scenes at events like SxSw Music and film festival, Warped Tour, Austin’s 101x fest, and Bayfest to name a few. He has done promotions for movies such as the film Blow, and sits on the nominating committee for the prestigious independent Bubakar Movie Awards. He remains self employed and works with internet sales and is also free lance web designer.

Hector Juarez, Co-Founder of Equal Eyes/ Director of Operations

Hector has been putting on shows in Corpus Christi, TX since the age of 15. He helped found and gigged hard with his first band 'Abrasion' with whom he made one demo and one full length CD 'WhySurvive?' which spread like wildfire in Texas and got execellent reviews from zines across the nation as well as Europe. He also helped book and promote such national acts as Anal Cunt, Mortician, Incantation, Crucifixion, Soilent Green, and Master all before the age of 18. Now in FREESTATE, he has booked and promoted national and some of Tx's most awesome acts such as Wolftekit, Protein Shake, Shockculture, 40 grit, dogfashiondisco,Pop Killa, Enkindle Crown, Pissing Razors, D.R.I and Faceplant as well as booking FREESTATE across the lone star state in some of Tx's most prestigous venues.

Matt Wood, Art Director/ Internet design and web management

Matt comes to us with a rich musical past. He has been of member of local rock legends THRE3, and also played with A.C.D., Flesh Holiday, Degenerates, and FREESTATE. His talents include vocals as well as playing the Bass, Guitar (electric and classical), Piano (studied in school),Violin, and Cello (studied in school). He credits his influences to Old school thrash/death, Frontline Assembly, Mr. Bungle, Cathedral, Tiamat, primus, Pink Floyd, G/Z/R, and Cynic. Matt also has a vast amount of knowledge and talent on the computer. Graphic and Webpage design are his specialty and he has taught himself many programs such as, photoshop, page maker, dreamweaver, html programming, cobal, basic, pascal, dos, fireworks, trelix, and flash just to name a few. Matt is currently a free lance web designer who works with his flat mate Gilbert Ornelas.
